Nicole Wallace is the owner of Transformation Counseling & Consulting, PLLC and a therapist. She specializes in working with women to manage or eliminate anxiety and depressive symptoms.

She received her B.S. in Elementary Education and a B.A in Psychology from Southern Connecticut State University in New Haven, Connecticut. Nicole has a Master’s of Education in school counseling from North Carolina State University. She has worked in many diverse settings in the field of counseling including public school counseling, agency work, and contracting as a private practice therapist.

In 2021, Nicole founded Transformation Counseling & Consulting, PLLC in pursuit of her dream to establish a private practice that addressed the needs of people experiencing anxiety, depression, and past trauma. She is available for public speaking on the topics of parenthood, anxiety, managing burnout, and developing coping skills.   Nicole is an EMDR-informed therapist and is currently working on her full certification. Nicole is also a Gottman Level 2 trained therapist by the National Marriage Seminars of America, Inc.

Nicole is a U.S. Army veteran. She is an active member-at-large of Women Veterans of America. She is a mother of 6 in a blended family. She enjoys reading, walking, and watching television in her free time. She also volunteers at several non-profit organizations throughout the area in Wake County, North Carolina.
