Steps for Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associates in North Carolina
1. You will be asked to send your resume and LCMHCA Professional Disclosure Statement via email ahead of time so that Nicole can have an opportunity to review it prior to your first meeting.
2. You will then receive Nicole’s resume and LCMHCA Professional Disclosure Statement for your review. You will need to bring your NCBLCMHC board required supervision contract to the initial meeting.
3. If the meeting concludes with the decision to work together, a supervision contract will be completed, and both parties will sign a LCMHCA Professional Disclosure Statement.
4. Once the Supervision Contract is completed, we will mail it to the NCBLCMHC board and wait for the board to approve the Supervision Contract.
5. Once the supervision contract has been approved by the board, the first supervision session with Nicole can be scheduled.
