Insurance

Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.

Accepted Insurance: Blue Cross Blue Shield, NC BCBS, United Healthcare, & Cigna

We recommend asking these questions when speaking with your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?

What is my copay amount for mental health care?

Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?

Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?

Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

Out-Of-Network/Self-Pay

If our practice is out-of-network with your insurance choose to utilize self-pay, you can still see our provider by paying at the time of the service using your credit card or cash. 

The provider will provide a Super Bill or an Invoice for you to submit to their insurance for reimbursement if we are out-of-network. Client is responsible for verifying out-of-network benefits with their insurance plan so you’re making an informed decision.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. A fee of $75 is charged for missed appointments
