Kiswanna is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker- Associate. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Shaw University and her Master’s in Social Work from the University of Kentucky. Although Kiswanna enjoys working with all diversities, she specializes in women’s and maternal mental health as a therapist.

She offers a compassionate, non-judgmental, and supportive space for women navigating the complexities of life, motherhood, and everything in between. Where they can explore their emotions, concerns, and aspirations, she has a deeply rooted passion for supporting women through every stage of their journey. With a background in Clinical Social Work, she holds experience in substance abuse, trauma, reentry, and behavioral health. She brings a holistic approach to therapy tailored to each individual’s unique needs and experiences.

Whether you’re struggling or seeking personal growth and empowerment, she is here to help you on your journey toward healing and self-discovery. She believes in working together to cultivate resilience, restore balance, and embrace the beauty of your story. Her approach integrates cognitive-behavioral techniques (CBT), mindfulness practices, and interpersonal therapy to promote healing, nurture mental well-being, and cultivate a fulfilling life.

As a mom of two beautiful beings, Kiswanna enjoys spending her free time with her family, traveling, eating good food, listening to music, and watching a good movie. While also creating some intentional moments to get some self-care and much-needed sleep.

Kiswanna offers virtual only counseling.
