         Nicole Wallace, LCMHC-QS, NCC, CCMHC, PMHC is a public speaker and certified clinical mental health counselor.  Nicole is also a U.S. Army veteran and former public school educator.  In each of her speaking events, she fosters transforming thoughts and empowering participants to change their lives.  She believes even small changes can make a difference in improving the lives of each individual.

     Nicole is passionate about mental health care, especially for women. She has over 20 years of experience in the clinical mental health field and education.  She is a sought-after expert in mental health care for anxiety and depression symptoms, trauma-informed care, and perinatal health. 

    Nicole is certified in Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy.  Nicole is also Perinatal Mental Health Certified.
