Kenya is a Registered Clinical Social Worker Intern dedicated to helping women navigate life’s challenges and transitions. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Thomas University and her Master’s in Social Work from the University of West Florida.
She provides a supportive and understanding space for women to work through the complexities of motherhood, grief, and mental health. Specializing in women’s and maternal wellness, Kenya helps clients build confidence, develop coping strategies, and find balance in their lives.
With experience in behavioral health, Kenya tailors her approach to meet each client’s unique needs. She incorporates cognitive-behavioral techniques (CBT), mindfulness practices, and interpersonal therapy to help clients manage stress, improve emotional well-being, and foster personal growth.
